It started on a Thursday afternoon. Multiple rocks struck their car window on the drive home from a medical appointment. Later that evening, they texted Joel with photos and details, leaving a note to not worry until the next morning since it was after hours.
By the time the office opened Friday morning, things were already in motion. At 8:35, Shylyn had filed the claim. By 8:44, Joel confirmed the details and let the customer know Shylyn would continue to follow up. Just ten minutes later, Safelite called to schedule the replacement appointment for Monday, right at the customer’s home.
Fast and Friendly Window Repair
On Monday morning, the process moved even faster than expected. Around 10:30, Safelite called to ask if they could arrive earlier than planned. By 11:00 they were at the customer’s home, and before noon the window repair was done. What was originally scheduled for a 12–4 p.m. appointment wrapped up early, leaving the customer with a brand-new window and one less thing to worry about. Although we cannot guarantee this fast of service with our third-party organizations, we often find ourselves pleased with their speed and diligence.
